Not getting updates

Why am I am not getting credit score updates. Message states there is an error

Are you using Turbo? --> https://turbo.intuit.com/

 

If so, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Make sure your login information is correct by using the web site instead of a smart device app.  You may need to delete and reinstall the smart device app.
