e-file and double payment

I am Lynn with Senior Care Facilitators llc.   I have two problems:

1)  I paid for e-file, but it would not let me e-file, so I printed a copy.  It will not let me go back and enter e-file.

I need it to be e-filed today.   What do I need to do to get this e-filed today?

2)  My error...I entered payment info and started to enter info.  Had to quit.  When I returned it would not let me back to where I was.  I was charged $168 on Order #TTWCA163892691

    So, I started over.  I was charged $181.90 on Order # QSTCA163861126 (includes e-file).  Please reimburse      the $168.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
