I just tried to use the click to enter my CC for your product regarding the Tax Return Guarantee and it froze my computer and now I cannot get back to my records or your TurboTax program. How do I cancel?

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software. Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in.
