VA State - 529 deduction is not available

I have clicked every credit option available in VA state taxes but could not find the option. Last year I had similar issue but I was able to search 529 in help and there was a link to Jump to 529. This time no luck. Any help is appreciated.

Here is how you can enter your Virginia 529 contributions.

 

  1. Navigate to the Virginia section of TurboTax (State Taxes > Your State Returns > Virginia)
  2. Continue until you arrive at the page with the heading "Here's the income that Virginia handles differently"
  3. Page down to Education
  4. Select "Start" Commonwealth Savers (Section 529) Plan
  5. On the next page, answer "yes" to the question "Have You Ever Had a Virginia 529 Account or Prepaid Tuition Plan?"
  6. Answer the question about the year(s) of contribution
  7. Lastly, enter your 529 account info and activity
