Student loan interest deduction state return PA?

1.  Is Student Loan Interest Tax deductible on my PA state return?

2.  Are Philadelphia County taxes deductible on my PA state return?

No, student loan interest is not deductible on the Pennsylvania state tax return. In addition, you cannot get a deduction on the state return for the Philadelphia tax.
