A 2023 tax form needs to be filed with your 2023 tax return.  If it was not included with your 2023 return at the time it was filed, then you will need to file an amended 2023 return to include it.  You cannot report it on your 2024 return.

See the following TurboTax help article for information about amending your 2023 return:

What type of Form 1098? Mortgage interest?  Form 1098-T for a Tuition Statement?  Form 1098-E Student Loan Interest?

If you have filed a 2023 tax return and need to make changes, you will need to amend the tax return -

See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a prior year tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-already-filed/L4VjJ9BA2_US_en_US?uid=ld1n99kr

If you have not filed the 2023 tax return -

To complete and file a 2023 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2023 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

You've posted in the education section.  Did you mean 1098-T?

Whether you have a 1098, 1098-T or 1098-E, just follow the interview they would have  come up.

All three forms are only informational and are not required to be filed on your tax return.  Prior to filing an amended return, provide more info for more specific advice.
