Eduction tuition deduction

We lived in a foreign country.  My daughter attended a primary school in this foreign country.  Can I claim deduction for her tuition?  Is it must a shool in US to qualify?

Thanks a lot!

No, you cannot claim a deduction for primary tuition, unfortunately.  For federal tax purposes, education expenses (of any kind) for K-12 grades are not deductible, regardless if the school is foreign or domestic.
