DEPRECIATION HOME OFFICE

Hi, my question is last year my wife's office at our home was 150 sqf, but this year she used 310 .

I see last year for 150sqf the amount of depreciation  been different than this year. Can we have different amount every year since my wife uses home office?

Yes, as long as the home office meets the regular and exclusive use, if the size changes, the depreciation would logically change.  This is not an issue.
