What does initial in box 14 mean

Box 14 of what form?

Box 14 on a W2?  What do you have in it?  Is there an amount?

W-2 box 14 is a catch-all box that employer can put anything they want .   There are only a few standard entries that TurboTax can recognize, otherwise ask your employer what it means.
