Quick Employer Forms not working

First time using this software/website. I can only enter the business information, but then it gets stuck on a loading page once I click "create new business". Information never gets through. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of a tech for technical support. I keep receiving a "Something went wrong message".

You can check QB Support or contact QB.

The program appears to get hung up with little balls rotating around.....I have waiting 15+ minutes but nothing happens.....if go to suggested site for help, only quick book options appear.... what can I do?

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window

It did that to me for over 4 hours, until one day it finally worked.

Now, I am facing a different problem where all my businesses and forms got deleted and I cannot find them. This program/website is a mess!
