Do you mean you started a Schedule D (or it carried over from last year), but you do not need it?  The program automatically creates it when you enter the sale of assets.

If you can't describe the problem, we can't help you solve it.

Why do you want to delete Schedule D? Why do you think that you should be able to delete it?

The following FAQ has instructions for deleting a form in TurboTax Online.

How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?

Are you trying to delete Schedule D because you want to use a lower version of TurboTax Online instead of Premier? If so, see the following FAQ. But if you have a sale of investments, real estate (including your home), or other assets, you have to use TurboTax Online Premier or higher, or any version of the CD/Download TurboTax software.

If the Scheduled is no longer needed due to eliminating of company or something if you view form (click on form when in step by step) at the bottom of page you can choose delete. Just make sure this form is no longer needed

This doesn't work. It says "Form Successfully Deleted" but then it still appears.

Here's the general procedure for viewing a list of all the forms in your return and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

  1. Sign in to TurboTax and open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off
  2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools
  3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form
  4. Select Delete next to the form, schedule, and worksheet in the list and follow the instructions

  • To delete a form that came in the mail (for example, W-2, 1098, or 1099) it's best to do it from within your return. Search for the form name in the search bar (for example, W-2) and select the Jump to link in the search results to get to the summary screen. From here, you can select the trash can icon to delete.
  • You can't delete Form 1040. If you want to get rid of the information you've entered, you can clear
