How I delete data in this app?

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

The date of birth of the children you entered as dependents does not match the IRS information for the child's Social Security number. 

Go back to the My Info section of the program and verify that you entered the correct date of birth for each child entered in the correct format MM/DD/YYYY, eg like today's date 06/15/2020.  Enter the full year not just the last two digits of the year.
