To delete your SD100, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your return.
  2. On the left hand side of you screen, click Tax Tools
  3. Then, click on Tools.
  4. Click on Delete a form.
  5. Scroll down to SD-100 and click delete

  1. Open your state return.
  2. On the page, A few things before we wrap up your state taxes, scroll down to School district taxes.
  3. Click Revisit next to Ohio school district taxes.
  4. Answer the on-screen questions.
  5. Confirm your district number using the School District Income Tax Finder.
  6. Enter the information on the following screens.
