XML Error

Submitted my return on 2/21/24 and it was rejected.  The error was the same as others have mentioned here.  I attempted to submit again today because the fix was supposed to be available.  I had to update the program, answer some additional state questions, and then resubmit.  I just received the rejection with the same error (XML document that represents a binary attachment) and the fix date is March 8th, as others have mentioned.

 

I also have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never had a rejection.

We are aware of this issue and Turbotax is working with our developers to get this resolved soon.  This return cannot be filed at this time due to a processing error that will be corrected on March 8, 2024. 

 

On or after March 8, 2024, open the rejected return, review for errors, and resubmit the return for electronic filing.
