WMR says info doesn't match???

I filed on Feb. 13th when i use the Wheres my refund tool it says info doesn't match. I tried mine and my husbands ss#, the refund amount total, refund amount minus state, and filing status is right. Anyone know why it keeps saying that my info doesnt match & what i can do about it?

How long ago was your e-file accepted?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 34 of your Form 1040

Don't mind us anything from it just put in the amount that TurboTax is giving you and it'll come up

I made sure several times that it was the right amount (line 34) and just did it again to make triple sure. It still is saying the info is wrong. It was accepted on the 13th. It was rejected at first cause I put the wrong AGI but fixed it and it was accepted. I'm starting to worry!

I put in the amount that I'm getting back from TurboTax after the fees and that works like the actual green refund amount they TurboTax said you're receiving
