Will the PATH Act affect my state refund?

I know my federal refund will be delayed due to my claiming the EITC and ACTC. What about my STATE refund? I'm in CT.

No, the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act of 2015 will not affect your state tax return.

Please keep in mind that most states have taken steps of their own to prevent identity theft and fraudulent returns, which may delay your tax refund. As for Connecticut, please see CT Refund Protection Program for additional information.
