Tried to save a number of times and got a couple of different messages.
If I tried to save as a new file name in the same directory, "Save As," it says "directory path\file name File not found, Check the file name and try again"
If I try to save in another directory, I get the message "We're having trouble saving your file to this location. Try unplugging your device or hard drive. Error 102348" What the blazes does this message mean, are you nuts? What am I to unplug? So I go to the "help" link on this message box "Click for Solution" and it goes to a non-existent web page -- OUCH!
I get these messages throughout progressing through the process. Not occasionally - constantly.
My bad. Turns out Windows 10 update turned on some "features," including security to disallow saving to document directories. When I checked the notification panel on restart of Windows, it had messages saying that writing to the directory in which I was storing TT save cases was blocked by the Microsoft security. I reset some of the filters, and it works fine. Sorry to trouble you for a MS problem.
