After conversion with your colleague Mrs. Siphiwo S. regarding your software does not match the generated form, she told us that that needed an investigation but she could refund me. I agreed and she sent me a link to filling the form for refund, and Mrs. Siphiwo S promised me that I would get full refund.
In 2021, I used your online turbotax which is wonderful, so a few days ago I purchased two online turbotax and finished them.
But now, I still did not receive my refund, case number[phone number removed]
