Why can I still NOT get my refund after " return accepted" ?

hi ,

 

my FEDERAL E-FILE is ACCEPTED on 02/12/21 (11 days expired)

my CA STATE E-FILE is ACCEPTED on 03/05/21

 

but I have still  not get any refund so far,  I also check the IRS (https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp) using my correct SSN,  it always said:"information does not match"

 

I do not know what is happening,  what should I do now  please?

You are not alone.  The IRS Where's My Refund site (and some State tax sites)  has been erratic and unreliable.

 

However, if TT told you your return was Accepted, then the IRS has it for processing.  Once that happens, TT receives no further updates, and the IRS has been imploring taxpayers not to call.  So please continue to be patients, as lots of folks are waiting.   Also see:
