Why am I still in pending?

It’s been days and still in pending with no update from TurboTax. A bit disappointing with the lack of information

Only the IRS (not TT) can accept or reject a filing.  There is often a backlog when filing season first opens, so please wait a few more days. But also check your spam email and here:
