Which supplemental forms to submit along with 1040X?

I am submitting a 1040X for 2015.

I need to submit forms 6781 and schedule D along with the amended 1040x as well. Which year's 6781 / Schedule D should I use - the one from 2015 or current version?

Please let me know

You will have to use the 2015 tax related forms when filing a Form 1040X.
