Where’s my advance going

The Refund Advance goes to a Turbo Tax card.

It does not go to a Turbo Tax card. Only option was credit karma or something else. Wow I have a feeling no one knows what they are doing. Ugh great

@syoungblood You did not notice that the thread you posted to was dated from a long time ago.   For 2021 the refund advance goes on a credit karma card.   When this thread began, the advance went on a TurboTax prepaid Visa.   

I apologize. Not sure why it took me to this string. Anyways too a huge amount of upset people not getting what they were promised. This was the first and last time I EVER use TT. What a headache
