Mine was accepted and still have not heard anything about it. How do I get it. I did much research and still nothing
That is just the same terms that is has when you apply. How do we talk to someone knowledgeable on this a person
Typically, once accepted, you should receive funds within 48 hours of the federal return being accepted by the IRS. There was a known issue surrounding the Refund Advance as reported by users. Having said that, we were informed that the issues were fixed yesterday which is the day that you posted your concern. Please confirm if as of today (1/31/22) you are still experiencing issues with your refund advance? @Peggyr420.
Please check out the Refund Advance article here, as it explains everything regarding the Refund Advance.
Yes I know I've been dealing with this now for 3 days and still nothing. Refund was and has been accepted but still nothing
Have you tried contacting Credit Karma? If not please do so - contact details can be found here @Peggyr420.
@Peggyr420 Turbo Tax does not issues the loan, that is issued by Credit Karma.
Bit shouldn't I have got something from turbo tax about it once my refund was approved I didn't get any communication at all
Credit Karma is now part of the Intuit family. However, Credit Karma and TurboTax are separate products. If you need help with your Credit Karma account, please visit their website. For contact information please click the link below.
@EbonyA Those of us that filed 1/22 and returns were accepted on 1/24…. Still waiting! Can you tell us what the exact issue was that was resolved? I’ve been told that I didn’t apply for the advance but it’s in my pdf from TT. FIrst Century has no record of me applying. I’ve also been told it was “denied” by two people in corporate. Can’t be denied if the bank doesn’t have record 🤔🤔
I still haven't received mine either. My taxes were filed 1/20/2022 and accepted by IRS on 1/21/2022.
@CarissaM I thought the loan is issued by First Century Bank?? Credit Karma just received the funds.
@Peggyr420 Same issue for me and hundreds of others getting the runaround. I was accepted a week ago today by the IRS.
Credit karma keeps redirecting me back to TurboTax. I still can't seem to get any help with my cash advance. I would like to know what's going on!! Again, I am extremely disappointed and completely dissatisfied with these two companies!!
So now I was on phone for hours and was told all good money will b there in hour. And now they tell me no I'm not getting it
@Peggyr420 This entire thing is a joke. They literally do NOT care 🤬🤬
@Peggyr420 @texascole2 @AndreaSpires Get on twitter and blast them. The CEO is on there and then mention all of their companies as well (Turbo Tax, Credit Karma, Intuit, Quickbooks). Then blast them on Facebook and any other social media outlet. Also, contact Morgan & Morgan attorneys
@Peggyr420 @AndreaSpires @texascole2
If they ask me ONE more time to “explain” my situation or state that the issue is “resolved” I’m going to lose my $hit. I will spend every single free moment I have putting my energy towards blasting their incompetence and seeking legal action. I’m on twitter and Facebook.
I know. They don't realize people count on this and for them to just blow it off. What about the reps that lied to me and said I was getting it and giving me false hope during our b.s conversation over hour and half long of him putting ms on hold and lying. It's ashame and crappy. Then they hung up on me 2 times
Now they are saying my app wasn't submitted. Then after an hour and half call the rep kept telling me my money will b there in an hour and kept saying that after I called again the rep said no its wasn't submitted and gave me supervisor that hung up on me when I told her what the rep siad. Please help me
