Where do I mail my 1040x

I completed my 1040x amended form however I'm confused as to where i need to mail the form and the check (as I owe money).  Turbotax instructs me to send the forms and payment to Fresno, California.  However, on the next page it instructs me to send the payment to Cincinnati, Ohio (As I live in Wisconsin).  Where do I need to send everything??

Where to mail your federal amended return depends on where you live and why you are filing the amended return. See the chart at the following link on the IRS web site.

Send the check to Fresno, with your 1040X. From the instructions for form 1040X:

If you owe tax and you don’t want to pay electronically,
enclose (don’t attach) your check or money order in the
envelope with your amended return. (page 18)
