When I try to print my return using turbo tax CD, the program stops responding.

Do you have a PDF reader installed?

No. But I used this same mac air last year to file my return and was able to print. Now, I cannot  save a copy or print; turbo tax stops responding.  I am using a CD

Can not understand why it worked for you in the past but printing requires a pdf reader to be installed.  I use Adobe Acrobat.
