If there is no record of your return at where's my refund  or you are getting the message "You may not have entered your information correctly",  an important factor can be if you are married filing jointly.  Make sure you are using the Social Security Number for the name that appears first on the return.  Keep in mind that once the IRS notifies TurboTax that your return was accepted we won't get any more information from them.

Here are some other common reasons why your refund is not showing at Where's My Refund:

The timing of a federal tax return refund and one from your state vary and the timing is unrelated. You can check your federal refund status on "Where's My Refund?" . Typically you will receive your refund in about 21 days after you tax return is accepted by the IRS if you filed electronically and selected direct deposit. Please see more information in this TurboTax FAQhttps://ttlc.intuit.com/community/refund-status/help/when-will-i-get-my-irs-tax-refund/00/25589.

Now, if you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) you may have a delay.

Please see this TurboTax FAQSome 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act for more information.

If it has been more than 21 days since your return was accepted, you can call the IRS directly to check on your refund status.

The average return takes 21 days to be processed but sometimes can take longer. For more details regarding this refer to the source provided below.
