I seen that Intuit had a direct debit failure to my account and I'm trying to get in contact with customer service to see what it was about

I think that's because Intuit tried to take the Turbo Tax fees out of your bank account. Were the fees suppose to come out of your refund? You should have got some emails before about the fees. Check your email junk or spam folder.
