I contacted green dot per your instructions on this thread. They don't speak English and don't even understand what taxes are. Just like the person who asked this question, I never got the email with the card info even though I was approved.
You should have already received an email for your temporary card with information on how to create an account. Once you have created an account you should receive your advance within 48 hours on the temporary card. Your physical card should arrive in the mail within 5-10 business days.
Please make sure you check your junk/spam folder. The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com for your temporary prepaid card.
