What type of card do you have who have you tried to contact for assistance? Turbo Tax live support or Turbo Tax prepaid card?

@sammixx0   If you haven't already, you will need to check your refund status on the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site. Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account.

You can then Sign in to your account to see your balance history, track your spending, send money, pay bills, and more on your TurboTax card.

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.

You can track your refund at the Santa Barbara website by clicking here

@CarissaM Whenever I try and use the website it tells me my account cannot be found

Did you pay your fees up front, or did you have your Turbo Tax fees deducted from your refund?
