When will turboTax have a web portal for customers to report bank account info for stimulus check direct deposit

If you are NOT REQUIRED to file a 2019 return AND are NOT GOING to file a 2019 return AND do NOT receive SS benefits  OR DO receive SS benefits and do not normally file BUT you  have dependents to claim  .... Do NOT NOT NOT use that option if you ARE REQUIRED to file a return.
