Virginia refund should be $588 not $488

No one else can see your tax return.  We have no context at all to go on.  Why do you think it should be more than you are seeing?

Check all your entries.  Especially W2 state withholding in box 17.  Did you say to apply 100 to next year?  Did you make any estimated payments?  What's missing?
