unable to print

almost finished with taxes .  all that is left is to review and print 1040 federal before I e-file.  I need to look at my forms...when saving forms I can not open them.   It say preparing your documents this may take a while but it does nothing !  I have a windows 10 computer and I use Duck Duck  I had no problems last year printing it.But this year it just sits there.  Need help.  I've cleared my cookies still no go.

Go to Print Center and see if you can view/print/download from there.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.

Hello: I can't find any other place to ask a question so I found a thread. I paid $188 for TurboTax state filing 2024 and TurboTax Online Premium2024, to file state/federal taxes. I filed my returns March 13, 2025 for FY 2024. The PDF file that is generated by your TurboTax Online function (today and the day I filed) FAILS to show my Form Schedule C. When I do a "print view" save of just those pages it is visible only--and can only print from that function. The PDF saved file TurboTax creates, however, FAILS to show the pages for my Schedule C. See attached all the blanks. I'm very concerned that TurboTax just submitted my returns with a flawed electronic file that was not my fault, but appears to be a TurboTax systems error. Who do I contact to confirm:) Is this a known error; how will TurboTax help me as a customer who paid for this product and it appears not to be working for the Schedule C. Thanks.

Can you clarify if you are using Windows or Mac?
