Unable to get copy or print State return

I'm unable to view or print my SC 1040 return... I get the 'forms not ready' note. I determined that only the Estimated Tax vouchers are unavailable (until 3-7-24) but I can't even see my main return.

HOWEVER, while I was originally doing my taxes, I WAS able to get a copy of the return... I saved it, but I can't get Turbo Tax to regenerate the printout (I'm always making sure I have everything filled out correctly.

Is there any way I can view/print my SC return, sans the estimated vouchers?

I'm filing by PAPER....
