TurboTax withdraw

TurboTax sent me an email today saying that they will attempt to withdraw $113 from my account tomorrow. I don’t have the funds for this and have largely been waiting for my refund (over $3k and I selected pay with my refund so I can avoid this as inflation has me living paycheck to paycheck).

I can’t afford this payment without my refund and it’s been over 95 days since I filed and still haven’t received it. I’m worried that I won’t be able to receive my refund without paying with money I don’t have and TurboTax is going to keep overdraft charging me when I simply wanted the service to charge me the way I asked to be charged.

Nobody seems to be able to help. I need help. I can’t afford TurboTax systems charging me like this when I clearly just want to be left alone and charged out of my refund like I asked.

Please anyone help I’m feeling screwed and out of options. If I don’t get help I’ll never use this system again which is a shame since I liked it and wanted to trust my taxes online this year.

Is this the first email or have you received other emails already about this?   You need to call them asap

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive?  Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account.  TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
