TurboTax status updates inaccurate

I received an email from TurboTax on 3/17 notifying me that my refund has been sent. I have since recieved my refund but the refund status on turbotax still only shows as being accepted and that my payment for turbotax deluxe is pending even though the payment was deducted from my federal refund. Is this a timing issue with the TT System updating?

On the TurboTax Tax Home webpage the tax return will remain as showing Accepted.  

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

Turbo Tax will always say Accepted. It is not updated when the IRS or State sends your refund. Accepted only means the IRS or state verified your identity and accepted your return FOR PROCESSING. Once they accept your return then Turbo Tax is done with their part and doesn't get any updates on your refund even if it went through the third party bank to take the fees out.  

 

So if you got your refund minus the fees you know that Turbo Tax got paid.    Unless the IRS reduced your refund and it wasn't enough to cover the fees, in which case you will get an email to pay or the fees will be deducted from your bank account.

Okay, thank you. But TT is showing as my payment for filing/software fees still pending when the payment was deducted from my Federal refund.
