Turbo Tax Card help

Hi i filed back on Jan 28th electronically and accidentally put the wrong lot number on the mailing address and never recieved my card. How would i go about getting a replacement sent to my current location. Every way ive tried requires the last 4 digits of the card which i dont know since i never recieved it. Any advice would be appreciated and thanks.

 

PS i filed through the free version aswell.

You can request a replacement card by logging in to your Turbo Visa® Debit Card account or calling 888-285-4169 and reporting your card lost/stolen.  Please see How do I report my card lost or stolen? for additional information.
