TURBO DEBIT CARD

Just wanted to let this community know that i never recieved a notice from Green Dot that my refund was deposited to my account, went to irs.gov it said still pending to this day. I found out Nov. 1 2021 that my refund was sent March 12th,  Never knew.  when i did finally go to that website turbodebtcard  all my refund was gone, somebody stole it.  i filled a dispute they denied me?  filed it again, they denied me. I know for a fact i never used this card after feb 13 2021,  for the advance.  Then my whole $5600.00 refund was gone.  spent by who knows.  And they are not going to pay me my irs refund.  Turbo tax should know how messed up this is and shawdy these people are at greendot.  They should not let them use this company.  they are thiefs and non of them are in this country that answer the phones.  I am so destraught how some company can just steal my 5600.00 and do nothing for me .  it is like ok we let somebody steal my irs government refund. They dont care.   I have been treated with such lousy customer care.  i am beside myself with this.  This is my earned refund. and they just are closing the door to paying me my money.  I was never told or sent any messages that my refund was put on my card/  and the irs.gov page for where is my refund says it is still in process.  Who does that.  how can turbo tax send my refund to that card and never notify me of anything.   i did sign up for notifications too.  So i am going to each and every place this card was used and asking for a photo of the person who stole my money.   it is like nobody is in their Pasadena office.  they treat me like a piece of poop.  i am so disapointed with turbo and intuit for using a bad company for their debit cards.  i am wondering why it is ok to take a persons refund.  how can turbo tax let this happen to me.   I was never notified by turbo tax either about my deposit being put on this card.  why did this happen.  i was let down and robbed at the same time.  i would never recomend to any body to use the turbo debit card and not to use your service any more.  I do my friends taxes too.  i have about 8-10 people i file for in the turbo tax free file, and i wont any more,  why when they cant be trusted to know who is handling their refunds and how they are getting stolen from people/  GREEN DOT CORPORATION IS A THIEF AND ROBBED ME OF MY IRS REFUND. i am so hurt and mad and confused of how this can happen. and getting two disputes denied and not being able to talk to anybody about it.  so rude and dont give a dam about the customer.  so mad it makes me sick and i cry about this every time i think of it.  so today i will file another dispute and i am going to legal self help to sue them in small claims.  but they are in california and i am in nevada   who does this??????
