Follow the steps below.

Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

 

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

 

Please visit this card website to reset the password if that is the issue.

@Tucherbyrd65  If your Turbo Visa Debit Card is not working, you will need to speak with someone in customer support.  Go here to reach a live representative when you call.

I have never had this much bad luck with turbo tax they told me my card got sent back and they would send new card so I get card in mail it says card is no longer available so I get a email 3 days ago saying my new card is at my post office I will see it in 2 days now this is 3 days ago still no card and if u call the number it says ur new card is being printed now all my tax money and stimulus money is in account and I still don't have a card never ever have I had this kind of trouble with turbo tax

I had a $420 cash put on by CVS store got recit but not showing on my card been hours need my money

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

LOST CARD

 

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
