Not sure if this is the right group ask so apologies in advance.
I need to amend some previous year filings and TT seems to be missing one of the years (specifically 2020). I've efiled with TT for the past decade so it has info on all the other returns except the 2020 filing. All other years show accepted status, refund amount, etc.
2020 shows blank for status and refund amount. It doesn't give me a download option but does have the ".tax" file. The order receipt shows I used TT premier so not sure why this year is different. I didn't use a different account.
Any thoughts?
You will need to contact TurboTax support for this problem assuming you used the same User ID for the 2020 account as you did for the current and prior year accounts.

@DoninGA, thanks for the quick response. I figured this was the case but thought there might be a slim chance someone faced the same issue 🙂
