TT Home & Business 2016 CD version not accepting password or answer to security question

I need to amend my returns for 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 but TT Home & Business 2016 CD version not accepting password or answer to security question. All work except 2016 and there is only one possible answer for the security question. What can I do to get around this?
