tpg refund

I RECEIVED A TPG PRODUCTS REFUND, BUT WHEN I CHECK ON THE IRS, IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT I DID IT. WHEN I CALL TURBO TAX, THEY TREAT ME LIKE IM DUMB OR KEEP TRANSFERING ME.

Are you stating that when you check www.irs.gov/refunds, they find no record of your return? If so, please click here for more details regarding a "no record" status.
