When I log into TurboTax on the web it seems that it only has tax filings from 2020 till now. I’ve been using TurboTax for many years prior to 2020, yet none of those returns seem to be there. How do I find my returns from before 2020? Following the instructions provided on TurboTax support. Don’t seem to be helpful. Also, I can’t figure out how to get in touch with TurboTax technical support.
It’s like they updated to a completely new system in 2020 and got rid of everything from before that.

TurboTax retains the online accounts for the last seven years, the same retention period as the IRS.
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
