Tax return

I made a mistake on router number and notify  SBGP and told them before they recieved my money from IRS to see if they could fix it manually  so check be deposited.they said NO so fast.i asked for a supervisor or Manager n they wouldn't put .me through..it was to be deposited on 2/10 .I even called bank and see if they could red flag it and deposited  for me.again I got a NO!.WTH!! So I had to wait till my check was returned and would be issued a check and it would be mailed  to my address but had to charge  me additional  35.00 fir processing.SBTBG said it was mailed to me on 2/14.As of today still waiting for my check!!But I recieved my check from. STATE OF  ARIZONA WITH IN 3 DAYS.zthis is so ridiculous. I never had any problems in all my years going Taxes..I will never use their services again .the charges for my state taxes easy for. Cost now came to$ 79.00 .I want my money! I have kids to fed@!

When you make a mistake with your banking information there are strict protocols that must be followed.  Just calling them up and asking them to change it does not work.  Sorry----when you enter banking information you should check it several times before you e-file to make sure you have it right.   If a refund goes to a closed or wrong account, it has to be sent back either to the IRS or to the third party bank, and then they issue a check and mail it to the address on your Form 1040.   Watch your mailbox and open all mail even if it looks like junk mail.
