Tax Return

I submitted my return on 1/24.  I claimed the EIC and the Child Tax Credit.  I received an email shortly after filing that it was accepted by the IRS.  It still says it's processing yet many others who filed the same day have already gotten them.  What do I need to do?  I can't get a hold of anyone at the IRS.

Since your Federal was accepted, then no one here would know any thing about why you have not received your refund.  Only the IRS knows why your refund is delayed.  You can keep checking the IRS website, Where's My Refund, that should have information about the processing of your return & refund. the website updates only once a day, so checking more will not show any difference.
