The IRS expects to issue most refunds in less than 21 days after being accepted. Taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) may experience a refund hold. To track your Federal refund, visit the Where’s My Federal Refund? site here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds. Updates are made daily, usually overnight. I received my state refund last night but not my federal yet. I checked the status and this is what it says “Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank by February 5, 2020. If your refund is not credited to your account by February 10, 2020 , check with your bank to see if it has been received.”
