TAX LIABILITY

OK so turbo tax said i wont owe any money. My 1040 says i have a 800 something liability and last year i had a "650" but the irs website says i owe nothing im confused o if im missunderstanding what im looking at

Do you have an amount on line 37 of your Form 1040?   That is the line that shows if you owe the IRS.
