No one at TurboTax would know about a letter you received from the IRS and you have provided no details about the content of that letter. You have not mentioned why someone's refund is coming to your address. The person whose refund is supposed to be coming to your address needs to check the IRS refund site for themself and see what it says.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
