Tax amount recieved

Our tax return was accepted after filing in the amount of $9135. I received a deposit today in the amount $4830. Where is the rest of my tax return?

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

No it says the expected amount is 9135

I do not anticipate filing with Turbotax again next year because it is impossible to talk to a real person and get help with all of this to find out where my money is and what to do.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

No I have already called these numbers and visited these websites and get only automation. the fees deducted do not add up to $4,000.

TPG has had a problem with their software where in some cases the full amount of the tax refund was not deposited into the account.  You will have to contact them to get this problem resolved.

And I am confident they will tell me the problem is TurboTax and tell me I have to get the answers from you, and round and round we will go, meanwhile my money stays missing out in great void.

As you can see by the image posted. I entered the correct information, yet my account with them doesn't seem to exist, even though they just deposited money into my account today.

maybe where it says federal refund amount you should enter the amount they sent you, 

not the amount you believe you should get.

Tried that too and got the exact same error
