If I file on the IRS website as a non-filer, am I eligible for the $1200 stimulus check? I earned some money from a part-time job in early 2019 in college, but I didn't earn enough to file taxes. I'm under 21 and my parents claimed me for 2018 but will not claim me for 2019.
