So I followed the instructions on the e-mail that I received, and it's still not printing....it's too expensive to be doing this....
This was a problem but was corrected in a recent update.
You may need to do a manual update.
What is a manual update?
You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:
Save your return as a PDF then open the PDF and print it from there it works fine on a Windows laptop
